Iran/Iraq - war?
Apparently the British forces in Basra now know that Iran is paying Iraqis $250 a month to attack the British forces.
Correct me if I am wrong (please), but isn't that an act of war? Paying people to fight a war for you used to be the way it was done and if Iran is paying people to fight British forces whether it is on their territory or not, surely they are at war with us?
Update (12:34pm): How odd that I decided to make the above post just hours before the MOD announced that they have had 15 sailors kidnapped by Iranian forces. It seems to me that Iran is seeing how far they can push the allies and it will be unsurprising if we take the stereotypical French way out of this: Moaning rather than threatening.
