Ooh, ooh, a swear word!
Most students, laden with debt as they are, have never heard a swear word, so it is nice that the BBC, the people who tortured a woman on screen by dipping her arm in boiling oil in Spooks, are trying to protect us from the word "tosser".
Whether you think David Cameron's a Conservative or not – and my opinion changes backwards and forwards depending upon the issue – you have to admire his ideas. Tories weren't thinking up these great ideas before Cameron so I have to assume some of it is actually his genius. For example:
Sorting out personal debt without lecturing people and without an openly political message is inspired.
