Community and Leisure Services Committee
I told you before that when I substituted for another Member on the Community and Leisure Services Committee how much I enjoyed it. So last night, even though there was no need for me to substitute, I went to watch and sat in the public gallery.
Aside from Mr Hillman (about more later) I was the only member of the public there. And what a shame! A free show of democracy with entertainment and important decisions being made all being missed while people sit at home and watch the West Wing!
I've not been to a Policy and Strategy meeting before but I am substituting next Tuesday. I'll probably see more of you on Monday (Planning) but it would be great to see some of you on Tuesday. It looks like a great agenda.
